  • three words... California Pizza Kicthen Managed to stay under my numbers for the day, but my 1000 cal lunch could not have been to good for the cause. In the big picture, it tasted great, and it was a nice lunch with my girlfriend, so I logged it and moved on.

  • I was always told it takes more energy to run outside. The treadmill moving so you are kepping up with it rather the pushing your body forward to achive the same distance when running outside. Running is running though right, good for you for hitting the treadmill

  • I have the cal to spare to, like 400 and 30 g of fat. I was thinking a protien bar would about do it, but I am stuffed.
