Awesome! What are your stats before and after?

Drinking 2-3 liters of water. It helps me stay full and prevents me from overeating

I am doing 5:2 IF since past 3 weeks and I feel great! On non fast days I still eat at a 15% deficit. I am losing weight and getting really nice compliments! As the weeks pass I am finding it easier and easier to adhere to 500 cals on fasting days. Q

I started at 230 lbs too! Down to 219 lbs now, still a long way to go! You have done amazingly well! Could you share more about your diet and exercise routine? Thanks ☺

I have Pacer app which syncs my steps to mfp and gives me extra cals. Any extra exercise I do, I add it separately into the app. Also I set my activity here on mfp at sedantary. So my baseline is 1400 cals. Whatever extra I get from the app I eat back (70% only). Also, you can enable negative calories here on mfp through…

I agree! I so want to taste the peanut butter ones! My sister is coming down to India from US next month. She needs to make some space for my oreos

Omg! It took me three days to finish reading this thread. It's the best thread on MFP! And I love Oreo original! Here in India you get only two other variants. Orange and strawberry. There was a limited edition butterscotch that was awesome. But I only got it one time. Hope we get other flavors soon!

I put on anywhere between 2-4 lbs couple of days before my period. It stays on for about 3 weeks. Then comes the whoosh, when my weight reaches a new low ,which lasts for about 3-4 days and then it's time for the bloat again.

I downloaded the pacer app, which kinda works like a fitbit minus any band . I realized pretty soon how few steps I took in the day. I was barely crossing 3000! So I set myself a goal of 6000 steps. Today I crossed it and continued till I reached 8000! My feet are sore but I'm so happy! Can't wait till the day when 10000…

One of my friend is trying to lose weight and was discussing about diet and exercise with me. She believes in lot of the 'advice' mentioned here. She told me the only way to lose weight is to stop eating carbs after 6. Since she is a vegetarian I asked her what she ate at night .' Oh just a big bowl of different fruits '…

I planned to go on a run after I had dropped my little one to school. Only, I was feeling lazy and felt like skipping the workout. My NSV is that I scolded myself and went out anyway and guess what?, I had a time PR! I ran for 20 mins straight! Yay! I was all pink and sweaty and ecstatic after the run .
