all calories are equal- lets bust some myths.
1.A calorie is a unit if measurement. So 100 cals of broccoli is gives same ENERGY as 100 cals of candy. 2. Carbs are essential part of the diet. They are not evil. Feel free to add more mythbusters.

What does' net calories consumed' mean on MFP
Today I was checking the reports on my MFP profile. When checking for net calories consumed it showed the following numbers for past three days, 861, 962, 967! How does this happen when I have eaten between 1500-1700 cals for the said days?
