Hi, thanks for the tips. By losing better I mean healthier and preserving muscle mass. Also I have been reading a lot on how lifting is a good way to lose.

Yeah my job is pretty sedentary too. So doing nothing on off days seems pretty bad to me. I do try to get in 10,000 steps though.

This is me right now . PMS week is here and abs measurements are all up by .5 to 1 inch. Weight is up by nearly 6 lbs. Pms sucks

I usually have a big whoosh one week prior to my TOM! I lose up to 5 lbs and usually reach a new low. Then when TOM comes the weight goes up by a couple of pounds. One week after that, there is a small drop, and the week after that a bump up again , due to ovulation. Then its time for the whoosh again. Take a look at this!…

I check my measurements every month. I am seeing the numbers going down and feeling my clothes getting looser. I am definitely seeing results but its too soon for others to notice it . So far i have lost 18 lbs. Still a long way to go!

Hi, just joined the group! Here's my stats, SW 107 kg, CW 98 kg. GW 75kg. My mini goal is 90 kg. Which was my prepregnancy weight.

Most of it goes out as CO2 and water. That is , through breathing, pee, and some sweating too.

Believing in all the 'woo' and actually trying it out . Like, eating 6 small meals a day, eat every two hours, dont eat after 7 pm, sugar is the devil , the list goes on. None of them were sustainable beyond 3- 4 weeks! Then , realised all that matters is CI < CO.Finally seeing some results!

I am 5.5 and 3/4 inches. My sw was 230. I am currently at 217. GW is 150 as of now. Will reassess gw once I am there.

I gaun weight during ovulation too, then a week before my period starts there is a big whoosh. Abd again a small gain during the flow .

My 5 year old is my biggest motivator! He loves trying to copy my moves when I workout. So he keeps pestering me to get up and move! Then we have a blast together! Another big motivator is that I want to plan for my second one and I need to lose at least 30 lbs before I try.

I am into week 3 of 5:2 IF . So far it's been great. No hormonal changes whatsoever. I find it easier to stick to than regular deficit.
