Just here (now) to remind you to hang in there everyone! I reached onederland two weeks ago at 199.9 and weighed in last week at 197.5.

Whoop!! I reached ONEderland this morning!
64 pounds lost since end of February and about another 25 to go to my first goal weight.9 -

I just realized that I haven't updated this in awhile!
SW: 350+
CW: 238.6
GW1: 300...check!
GW2: 250...check!
GW3: 200
UGW: 175 or below
39 pounds to go to onederland! It used to be quite a lot to go, but now it's so much closer than I ever imagined!7 -

The first time I touched Onederland it was a 1-day event and I spent the next several days above 200. I crossed below 200 again September 4. This time I've stayed below, and even have been below 195 for 3 days in a row.4

Good morning everyone,
I'm feeling that I need a little motivation right now. I've struggled with a cold for the last few weeks and gone completely off track. I'm not exercising anymore, not eating properly using it as an excuse... It's been rough. Now that my cold is almost gone, I just need some motivation to get me to onederland! I'd love to join this group and see if I can keep moving forward.
Since I'm new... here's my stats. How often do you all post updates?
