well I think how they have done the nutrient values on this pack is rubbish, how is anyone meant to know how much dry pasta to cook in order to get a serving, send a complaint to asda to get it changed or atleast an explanation on how much dry pasta makes there 100g cooked pasta. the pasta I use tells me 1 portion is 75g…

Only reason I like to see my friends diarys is to see that there not starving themselves. I have just asked one of my friends if I can see their diary simply because everyday the do a great workout and everyday are under their calorie goal, which I think is great. Most of the time I can't finish my set daily calories never mind my exercise ones aswell lol. But I think most people on MFP only eat upto half of there exercise calories :smile:

I went for a almost 3hr walk and did 16,510 steps according to this app and that says i burned 1,118 cals. not sure how correct it is or not, but if you plan on eating cals back I probably wouldn't eat more than half those back just editing to say I have used this for last 3 days day 1 = 9,688 steps ---- 94 mins ---- 656…

16,510 steps done on my walk today. Lets just say after almost 3 hours of walking, my legs want the rest of the day off :-)
