I was not a runner. Plain and simple. But I downloaded C25K and tried it. I had to repeat a few of the weeks. But, October 2 I ran my first 5k. I RAN THE WHOLE THING! I didn't stop, I didn't come in last. It's an awesome program. It really really works!

YES!!!! I'm down a size...well, it depends on the shoes...sometimes it's only a 1/2 size. :)

I'm 5'3"...my goal is 120. I started out at 156. However I think my scale is broken...I can NOT get below 132.5. I'm doing 30DS and have toned up quite a bit. But I still want to lose these last 12.5 pounds!

I started it monday. I think she's trying to kill me. I did it for two days, and had to take today off b/c i can't fully extend my arms! LOL! I'm sooooo sore. I think I should have picked a less intense workout to start with :) I'm going to do every other day for awhile, but I'd love to participate with you all!

Agreed! 1200 calories a day is HARD!
