I quit Weight Watchers after being an online member for years. It's a great program, but I wanted to strip away all the work and just get back to basics - tracking fuel in and fuel out. As long as you journal and track calories, it'll work for you just as well, if not better. Good Luck!

Like you, much of my weight is around the middle so @ 10 pounds, don't notice anything extreme unfortunately.

It could be seat set-up. If your seat is too close to the handlebars, your knees will hyperflex and it could be the cause of your pain. A good rule of thumb is the distance of your seat should be the distance of your forearm between the tip of the seat and the front of the handlebar post. Good Luck - and you're just…
