  • I think you will be fine doing your running instead of cardio. I just did Cardio 2 yesterday and it was so high impact I dont think I will do it again. My shin was killing me yesterday. so on cardio days I will just walk/run! I dont think it matters when you get it in, JUST GET IT IN! :)

  • I hate relying on the workouts that are already in the logs, because they are always off! I suggest getting a heart rate monitor.   • I am currently on week 1, and I am so so tired of cardio 1 but Jillian made this program this way for a reason...because you get results!! With that said I think going running is fine because like you said you get more of a burn out of running than the cardio! Good luck!

  • Its all about calories in and calories out. You should have no more than 1000 calorie deficent, 700 is ideal and 500 is okay. Change up your routine, because your body gets use to it. If doing all this, have your hormones checked. Don't give up!!! and STAY OFF THE SCALE
