I also have restarted so many times. I need to do the right thing for at least 22 days straight cause that's how to build a habit. Sometimes, when I'm drinking. I get more outgoing with a lil booze. Otherwise my friends tell me I have an aura of "don't f*** with me". They say they like to hang out with me cause nobody messes with them either lol.

It takes a lot to get me to cancel my run. I run at 4 am so traffic is not bad in my small town, it has to be below 20* or just an insane blizzard. Otherwise I have a gym membership so I'll go there or Insanity videos or just do some body weight workouts in front of the TV.

Cooked it too long, I love to sauté mine with seasonings and onions and peppers, sometimes some yellow squash. Cook the onions and peppers down to sweat first then add the zucchini and only cook for a couple minutes(I like it tender crisp). For a lunch I'll add precooked steak strips to it! My favorite!!

Your getting into better cardiovascular shape, so your heart rate is going to be lower at it's peak thus, less calories. That's pretty awesome actually that you have worked hard enough for your heart to be responding to it! Nice work!!
