I am also new to my lovely Fitbit Zip. I would love to be your MFP and Fitbit pal! <3

That sounds good. Walk a mile, or 2 or 3, each day...if walking is your thing. All activity is good!

I didn't make it. Hurt my shoulder Thursday night...thought it would have been better by Friday.

 I'll give it a shot.

Done! Only did 160 though!

I will give it a try!

WOW! I am so glad this was posted! I have the same issues that his wife does (although, I have gotten better over the years!). I will definitely check that book out!

Welcome!!! Take some time to look at all of the info on the site. This has been, by far, the best app & website EVER to help me! It has SO much to offer and you get to interact with fellow "strugglers". So....accomplish what you're after and make some friends while you're at it! Good luck! Kkimbee

Yes, cut it in half...place on a baking sheet (google for temperature...can't remember that). Anyhow....after it is done baking...scrape out the baked contents! It will really look like pasta noodles!!! And if you top it with the right pasta sauce and freshly grated parmesan...it is pretty darn good!

It most definately can be done without a gym membership! You can get your cardio in by walking inside or out, work out dvds, etc. And get your weight resistance/strengh in by using your own body weight, light weight dumb bells, bands, etc. All of that combined with a healthy diet CAN work! Stay positive! Pray about it!…
