cardio at home

I have lost weight in the past and did it all working out to DVDs. This time I joined curves which I love but am looking for something to do on the off days of curves. Would walking 10,000 steps on my off days be enough?? I"m thinking about getting pedometer also. Thoughts and ideas please.

    That sounds good. Walk a mile, or 2 or 3, each day...if walking is your thing. All activity is good!
