  • There is also Soy Protein. Depends what you want it for Gain weight muscle stay lean or just a between meal replacement. Where ever you go they will help you out. Just be specific in what you want protien for.
  • 3 meals is not enough need to eat 6 meals or 3 regular meals and 3 snacks between meals.
  • If you eat an extra 3 Small (Snack Meals) you shouldnt have any extra calories. Popcorn between meals apples, carrots so on. That should work to use your calories. :bigsmile:
