  • Keep monitoring my calories. I work at a horse farm so the extra work all the snow gives me (pushing wheelbarrows, bringing horses in and out, etc) gives me extra calories burned. I also eat better at home than I do at school, so I'm planning on (by that point) maintaining and nothing else!

  • When I went back to school in September, I gained 7 pounds in 10 days. And I drink lots of water, eat lots of veggies, and walk everywhere (and do barn chores 4 days a week, 3hrs/shift). That's when I learned: Portion size is everything!!
