I love the Beachbody DVDs. I am currently doing the slim and 6 and its Awesome. The music sucks but I just put on my own cd and make it happen. Also there website isnt really user friendly. My suggestion would be to goto the beachbody website and see what dvd you would like and order them. Order that and stick to it cause…

A nutritionist and a trainer told me not to eat 2-3 hours before you goto bed. That way your body is burning stored fat while you sleep and not still trying to burn food. If you are going to the gym and not eating enough calories your hold will go into starvation mode and make you gain weight. Try increasing your water as well as your calories. Watch your sodium intake and let us know how that works for you.

I eat fruit or chew some sugar free gum. Another thing that I do is add a snack that is under 100 calories with the days meal.

Checking in for week 1: I feel short on the pounds this week and I know where I went wrong. My food choices were not the best and it showed on the scale. Today was an awesome first day of the challenge. I did not get a chance to work out but I did walk 4.84 miles. One thing I have learned on this journey is that I have to focus on one meal at a time. There is a planet Fitness that just opened near me. It is a smaller gym but it has everything that you need to stay on track. It was a $1.00 down and $10.00 a month. My family really like it.
