Sometimes I feel like I self sabotage myself because I already get disgusting catcalls and it only increases as I lose weight. I hate it. But infidelity no I want to look good for my partner.

I have depression & anxiety. Low carb really helps regulate my moods and it helps me control my emotional eating. Also if I have a binge or a bad few days I log it. I log everything. I try not to get down on myself anymore and leave MFP I just am neutral about it and keep going. Friend me if you like :)

About 165 - 170. I'm currently 143 with a goal weight of 129 at 5'5".

Are you still logging? I've found that even when I'm going through a difficult path (I struggle with anxiety and depression) that I'll let myself eat what I want etc. but I just have to log everything still but don't worry about calorie counts or carbs (I eat keto). Before I used to just leave MFP all together out of shame…

Yes, my boobs got smaller/slightly saggier and my butt got smaller. Once I reach my goal weight I'm going to see how my body/proportions look and am seriously considering a BA but am undecided for now.

I am 5'5" and lost 30 pounds (165 to 135), gained back 20, and am now here to lose that 20 + more. I gained the weight back because of eating out more and just general junk food. This time around I'm keeping very good food logs, and exercising (did not exercise at all the first time around).
