263 was my highest and I'll never go back. I'm currently 140...I'd like to lose another 10 pounds or so.

237...it's so funny reading other people's posts though because I am 170-172 and I am in much better shape than I was in the 130s. It's all about body comp, but I am definitely happy to stay in ONEDERLAND. :)

    186. I was nine months pregnant and felt like a big puffy house.

225lbs heaviest back in 2010- 5'7. The last 25lbs I gained in one month. Everyone thought I was pregnant- not sure what caused it but it took nearly 6 months to lose 10 of that 25. Two years to get the rest off. Two years stuck at 200 and now I'm at 186 currently! Been over 5 years since I was this weight.

My breaking point was when I couldn't bend over to tie my shoes anymore. It was devastating. It's been a struggle. I've made mistakes along the way but this has been quite rewarding to be 40lbs lighter, stronger, healthier. Fitting into old jeans, falling out of old ones, notching the last whole in my belt and then realizing it's not small enough. My memory is better, I sleep better, I love better. I have a long journey to go until I finally reach my goal weight. And then forever longer working on maintaining. I'm excited to actually not eat at a deficit anymore! I've only ever eaten like it's going out of style or dieted. It will be nice to find that place where my body gets just enough nourishment. Here's to tomorrow! Congrats to everyone on their journey this far!
