231 on Sept. 17 2013 and now I'm down to 176 with about 15 to 16 pounds to go. I may adjust downward at that point but my doctor said 160 would be a good maintaining weight for me. My Happy Scale app says I'll be there by June of 2015............sheesh!0

Writing it down helps remind you of the consequences of getting off track again. Most people tend to complete a goal and stop there. Which they tend to get back to where they started again. Keep improving by setting new goals after reaching one. Congrats!0 -
I don't know, I was at the "don't look when weighed" stage in life. The day I weighed in and started using MFP I was 254.6, I know I had to be more than that at some point though.

I had started MFP a long time ago but wasn't dedicated like I am now. My highest weight was 334 but when I decided to lose weight I was down to 327 so that is where I have started and have lost 17 pounds so far. I really needed a change in my life, I didn't want to end up like my grandmother who could not walk because of how heavy she was.0

Biggest scale number was 432lbs. May of been heavier the day or week before but 432lbs was my recorded day one starting weight. That was 1 year, 2 months, 19 days ago.0
-
282 pounds when started mfp Jan 4, 2013. Now 150!!!0
-
My heaviest was 211 while pregnant and 199 after. That may not seem like a lot to some, but I am only 5'1" so it didn't look that good. Now I am about 158 and still don't look that good.0

LW: 97 lbs. HW: 208 lbs. CW: 192.5 lbs.0

No idea since I was afraid of the scale for a long time, but a month after I tried dieting for the first time, I weighed myself and I was 211, so I'm guessing around 215.0

I was 500 pounds a few years ago…. So, am I the winner of top weight? What did I win, lol.
You win our admiration! Cutting your weight by about 40% in a few years is amazing. Good luck with the rest of your weight loss.
OP: My heaviest was around 225 lb. in the summer of 2008 (I didn't weigh myself regularly back then). CW 152.0
