I just made stir fry yesterday! i used teriyaki sauce, tons of ginger, some brown sugar, basil, and lots of red crushed pepper flakes(i like my spicy food). It was really good! I agree with the posts above on fat intake. good sources of healthy fat are alaskan salmon and avocados.

A great thing to do would be to add different spices while sauteeing the vegetables. Experiment with rosemary, basil, and curry powder, it makes them so much more yummy! raw vegetables with homemade dips are great too. try dips that you make at home because then you can see wat goes in them. i recently discovered tzatziki,…
