dinner ideas in few ingredients?

I find myself sticking to healthy foods all through the day, but dinner always makes me go over my calorie limit by a lot! any foods under 200 calories for dinner?

    2 eggs, .5oz cheese.. all the veggies you can imagine.. poof, you have an eggy scramble that is high in protein and fiber while being low in calories...

    Diced chicken breast, diced onion and mushrooms, a little soy sauce, minced garlic and lettuce cups.

    Saute all the ingredients but the lettuce in a pan, then place it in the lettuce cups, add a side. Voila, supper!

    I love adding chopped water chestnuts and peas sometimes, too, but they aren't necessary. This is always fabulous :)

    I don't see anything wrong with going over 200 calories for dinner. I would say grilled chicken breast with BBQ sauce on the side and a plate of veggies. I always have a salad with mine
