I'm 142 now, was maybe 205 in the first pic, and I was feeling so good after having already lost 15 pounds there! I'm happier with my body, but I've still got about 15 pounds to lose, I have a LOT of belly fat still.

Went consignment shopping today with my mom and bought two skirts for fall...one in a size 6, and one in a size small! Neither has any sort of elastic or stretchiness to it. They both just fit. I used to ALWAYS have to buy stretchy pants, even in bigger sizes. Now I feel average size for someone my age/height :)

Bought a pair of size 4 skinny jeans :D just in time to start college in a few weeks. So glad I was able to drop another size beforehand!

I want to lose another 20-30, I'm 150 right now. This is on the lower end of a healthy BMI for someone who's 5'8" but I'm more like 5'7" and a half so I think it'll be okay :) I've already lost 90 lbs in the last year and a half, looking forward to kicking the last ones.

Even a deficit of just 100 to 200 calories will add up over time. Try to ease into eating less, I remember when I started I was eating 1650 and I was struggling. Now I'm at 1200 (1400 if I exercise) and I find it way easier than I found the 1650 when I first started. It's just a matter or adjusting, keep trying every day!…

I want to be one of the women who run on Saturday mornings with hot pink shorts and a dog :D got the dog....just need the shorts and the stamina to run longer than 25 minutes...that's about my limit right now. Hoping to build up to an hour or more!!

Ugh haha sorry I phrased wrong I suppose. I know they didn't get bigger like the fat migrated to them or anything. I mean they look a ton bigger and where I used to buy button up shirts and have no problem, now I have to size up. This is all I meant, but thanks to those who've congratulated me!

I put in a weight about 25 to 30 lbs less than me at the machines at the gym and use the amount it tells me I burn then.

Oddly enough, I have the opposite situation when I work out because the weight flies off my thighs faster than anywhere else! My thighs run at least a size or two smaller than the rest of me when I'm working out, although they seem to even out during lazy times. It's all relevant to body type, you're probably a pear shape…

I'm a pretty high carb vegan, I eat between 120 and 175 grams most days depending on whether I work out or not. I'm VERY low calorie though, eating between 1200 and 1350 I lose about 1.5 to 2 lbs a week. (I'm 5'8 and 186 lbs, lost near 40 lbs this way.)

50 total since last April/May. 30 since October, and 9 since January 1st! I don't look much different though, just smaller boobs and better thighs. Belly and hips haven't budged yet haha.

Mine is that it isn't a rare occasion I eat 900 of my daily 1200-1300 calories after midnight. I just eat tons of raw veggies/low calorie protein cereal the next day so I don't go over.

Me too. I have a habit of eating 800-900 calories whenever I stay up past midnight, which is quite often. I usually make up for it by eating healthy the rest of the day/working out a ton, but it'd sure be a ton easier to just not eat it in the first place.

First, the 30 to get me to the normal range. Then another 15 to get to 150. 45-50 tops.
