  • This is a great tool, I log everday, this is a great place where you can feel freeand comfortable to be very vocal, will send a request :-)
  • Not sure with your medical situation, but try 5:2 fasting diet, you fast 2 days a week allowing only 500 calories on those days and eat normal whatever you want in reason on the other 5 days, it helped me loose after a plateau, google 5:2 for more info or youtube has a lot of videos on it, good luck :-)
