I managed to lose a pound a day BUT I was undereating and exercising every day. Not healthy at all!!!! so no, I dont think its a good idea to lose 3-5lbs a week. 1-2lbs is better as its easy to lose but harder to keep it off. Good luck!

Thats because you have good willpower :) wish I did!! im either all or nothing! I myself find it easier to cut it out rather than have a little.....thats my trigger for a binge! lol. but we are all different.

for me its my porridge (oatmeal) I always buy the untouched stuff (not flavoured) but boy it tastes boring. so always jazz it up with my protein powder!! myprotein has a great choice of flavours......like lemon cheesecake and jam roly poly! but they actually taste like it! yum!

completely agree!!!! its easier to cut something out completely then to learn to have less of it BUT before anyone has a go I know its not easy for alcoholics....ive only just learned that one of my closest members of my family have had very bad news due to problems with alcohol

I think its all about finding the right balance that fits for you. I think both exercise and healthy eating go hand in hand. a week ago and it was kitkat peanut butter chunky bar.....I have no regrets!! :P if I could have something so bad it tastes so good right now....it would be a whole tub of karamel sutra core ben and jerrys and a krispy kreme doughnut.....mmmmmm. but it is only a teasing daydream! :(

yep i agree! I try to stick to the 80/20 rule. need my cheat meal once a week! I know all the healthy stuff to eat but omg I freaking love cake, doughnuts, ice cream etc so much!! super mega jealous of my best friend, same age as me, and she can eat as much crap as she wants and is so slim! she thinks im mad being obsessed…
