That did make sense and I was off MFP for a couple years and back on it in last few weeks and I did adjust my weight.

Either, when people do their weigh in it always show what they lost and then the overall total. Mine keeps saying 0 lbs lost but I have lost weight.

I love the Wii Fit. I do the advanced step and watch Biggest Loser as Im doing it so I can do it for 2 hrs and not even think twice about it. Well little less than that bc we have DVR so I go fast through commercials.

Deli Creation Hot Sandwhichs. They have flatbread ones too now. I always eat ham & swiss or ham & chedder. But they have chicken, roast beef, steak and turkey. I like them alot! They are 420 cal, comes in a box u find by the meat and cheese area, it gives u the sub bun, meat, cheese, light mayo and mustard.

Well now I feel like a tool, I should of figured that out on my own, what was I thinking. So the lower the number the better right? But then it would match the MFP numbers?

I eat brkfst @ 8am, am snack @10/10:30am, lunch @ 12/12:30pm, pm snack @ 3pm, then supper between 5:30-6pm, nothing after supper.

OMG...thank you so much everyone for the input. I have been doing this for 10 days now and today it really seems to be bothering me that I'm really hungry and that I could just go have a big old mt dew and some chocolate, I don't want to but if someone put it in from of me I would bc I'm really hungry today.

I would like to join your group! I love my Wii Fit Plus! I'm thinking about getting Biggest Loser but want to know what everyones thoughts are or is there something better for the Wii for excercise? What do I need to do to join?
