Ok MFP friends how come it doesn't say how much weight I have lost so far when I do my Check In once a week and I have lost weight? What am I doing wrong?

How do I enter in a new food but it says there is something the same which there is but whoever put it in did not put the right info in. They are saying about 200mg more for sodium and 200 more for calories?

My question is how do you convert the pace to what it tells you for mph on MFP? So when I use my Nike app and sensor it tells me Pace 14'22" per mile. Is that 3.0? 3.5? 4.0? Anyone know?
