HELP, entering new food

How do I enter in a new food but it says there is something the same which there is but whoever put it in did not put the right info in. They are saying about 200mg more for sodium and 200 more for calories?

    You can edit existing entries to correct them. Search for the food in the Food Database, select it, then click the edit button!
