food measurements

So I have been having salads with carrots, broccoli, califlower, and cucumber. But my option is 1 cup sliced or what not and I have been putting .1 in for my serving bc I'm not eating a cup. I'm only putting like 3 baby carrots in there, and a little bit of the other stuff. Do you think I'm putting right measurements in then? Suggestions please....

with out food scale it is just a guessing game...I would suggest getting a scale so you will know for sure..I got mine from walmart for less than 20 dollars.. and it is a digital one ...and I love it.. and when I did not have a scale I found that what I was guessing was way off most of the time..then if you are not sure about the way it is in the system food bank..add it yourself the way you do it..also you can try sparkrecipes.com and figure out info about food also..0
