you did a great job..I lost 84, and now weigh myself daily and still do 40-55mins. daily of running/elliptical...this will be daily..but it is so worth the healthy, fun new energy...good life and your luck will come daily with your dedication!!!

WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY...eat protein..I've lost 84 pounds and run every day too..I never eat back calories..I eat when I'm hungry...lot's of cottage cheese..stay fit!!

I eat xtra stuff..just not the super-fat stuff..nuts, raisins sliced apples w/lots of spice...fun w/out the calories..candy canes too...and when you really want the big special cupcake...squeeze into your calorie-count..merry..merry!

I run daily, and I have an IT band issue.my kids are distance runners and have said I should use a roller to help smooth the area...you should try it..my pain is often intense..good luck

me too..Ive lost 74 lbs. in about 6 months....I've been trying to work it w/my food...what works..I don't like excuses..I'm 6 lbs away from my 80lb.goal...so push harder and kick your butt..I run daily and 30min. on elliptical..."just work harder"..I love to run.i am 58 years old..but like I said NO EXCUSES..GOOD…

don't run..walk. and increase daily your time..than increase your speed at your need. You at 36 are too young not to make fun of this adventure..ENJOY THE EXERCISE! It really will fir nicely in your life..good speed!!

I run daily and use my elliptical, I would buy a nice elliptical, because you will use it often. We are worth it!! I bought mine from SEARS. good luck

Wow, my youngest son is in the Ca.National Guard. How was deployment? Can you exercise on base? One more question, did you have to eat MRE'S of cafeteria food? msg is in every thing ..soups..my husband can't have alcohol, msg, chocolate..3 main triggers and some yeast products, pappa johns pizza too..try maxalt med,s..they work great!! good luck.

I do both. I run for 30min. every morning at 5am. At 8am I do elliptical for 25-30min. I tried to go on the elliptical a couple of min. after my run and my legs were too dead..good luck!

you've come to far.NO MORE EXCUSES.. go out and walk w/music..go on do it now..you need to kick your own butt...you do know how to do this..get mad!!! no more excuses..come on..get moving!!!! when you have to move, less motivation to eat FATTY...

1st. get a shuffle, download some crazy running music, start w/power walking and slight running, then build your endurance..good luck!!! Try to run daily, to build-the-love-for-it!!!

I ran for 8 years, daily, had to stop due to anemia. I was so fat and unhealthy for years. Most of my kids are runners/college/marathon..... I started back to running daily and 12oo cal. and have lost almost 60lbs. in a few months...FITNESS IS AWESOME..I love to run again, my new streak is now daily for 16 weeks...JUST DO…

Sometimes you get more satisfaction with just saying NO..at least for a few dinners out...your health is more important than a few dinners out...but we also need to change our life-style patterns too!!! good luck!

you can do this..Don't tell anyone, not even to you, that you need to lose 130lbs...NEVER AGAIN!!! You want to lose 10..that goal has helped me lose 53lbs. in 14 weeks...challenge your mind w/10lbs. at a time...It really is an easier task... I'll be your helper/friend!!! Don't do it, you'll lose the fat faster!!! I consider those burned calories and stay at my normal calorie count..It's worked for me, I've lost all most 50 lbs. in 100 days!!! Super good luck...

I change my trip up w/3 different routes. If you let your mind distract you while you run..it really does not matter where you are going!! lol ALWAYS RUN WITH SOMEONE IF YOU CAN..stay safe!
