Well let me see I can be with you...but I have already lost almost 90 pounds and only got about 20 more to go to reach my personal goal...but I know what it takes so I am with you...I hope you are doing well!

Now that really sucks! (15yrs of friendship)...?? wow she was like a sister...that is truly sad that she couldnt just be happy for you and heck if she needed help on her end, just ask...there is something underneath the surface on that one. You keep doing you boo...its all about being healthy and trying to live a long and…

Great start! With your change of eating and exercising, logging onto MFP, encouragement from the Hubby & kids and of course your positive attitude about it all...you are definitely heading down Success Drive! Be encouraged :-)

I don't hate her. However, with that said she is OH SO annoying and extremely immature, I am hoping it has something to do with her age and as she gets older or grows from this experience she will be able to look back and see just how ridiculous she was. I love Biggest Loser and I watch it faithfully, but this is the first…

I started level 3 over today. I only did about 4days of it before so i wanna see if i can finish it. I lost 6lbs and 12 inches doing 25days of shred. Jillian knows her stuff! Lets go!

I am on day 34 of my 40 days fast no meats no sweets... its a beast! But it will definitely knock out your cravings for sweets...Best of luck to you!
-
Definitely a difference! You did awesome. You should be proud of yourself!

Safire, that sounds about right... I lost about 6lbs and 12 inches and only did it for 25 days, not the complete 30. This program really works if you work it. I am going to take a break, but I definitely incorporate a lot of her moves into other work outs. Last night I didn't really work out, but I did jumping jacks,…

Great job! You are doing so amazing! This is one of my most favorite parts of MFP the before and after and the story behind it!

I know...it is hard to get a lot of people going...but you know what I find is that there are so many people doing several challenges they get burned out and usually stick with the one or two they are the most active with. I know I do it. Thanks for your support with my under 200 goal...I actually got on the scale this…

Great job! There is a big difference after 1 month. Keep up the great work!

I am not at my goal yet...but I just recently bought a bra and got a 38 DD...and before my journey I was a 42-44 DDD. So I definitely went down. I don't project them to go down much more than that. Before I gained weight and before children I was a 34 DD so I am actually not far from there...I wouldn't mine a little lifty…

TOM came to town on Saturday evening (ugh)...can you say headache...I didn't weigh in at all, but I still feel light. My last weigh in was 198.5 will stay with that until I weigh again. I will be taking my measurements tomorrow. Because I did work through 30 Day shred...25 days straight...

Confession: I stopped on Day 25, which was the 26th. I may or may not do it tonight, depends on how I feel...I have a headache and wanna try and go to Zumba tonight. I may finish it out tomorrow with the rest of you. I still believe I got some nice results with the 25 days I did...Congrats to everyone who stuck it through…

You are amazing...very inspiring story of triumph in 13 months. I think we all are in awe right now when we hear you say consistent weight loss week after week with no plateaus. Now that is truly amazing. Thanks for sharing and let us all know we can DO THIS! Blessings to you. A lot of us need to get together and put our…

So let me just say YOU ARE A-MAZING (In my Sean T voice). I truly can see the difference...Shred is definitely an amazing fast result dvd, if you put the work in, which you can tell YOU DID! Keep up the great work! You are done! Some of us still have 6-7 days to go:frown:

Day 23 done last night! (And yes, I am considering it day 23, even though during this process I took about 3 days total off from Shred, I did circuit training or cardio those days at the gym). I am not adding more days. I will finish on the 31st like everyone else :-)
-
Level 3 tonight for me, havent done shred since friday. Ive been taking a shred break doing other workouts. But i am ready for some leg burnin, lol.
-
I was suppose to start level 3 sunday but i skipped it. Today i did zumba. Tomorrow i will start level 3 and i plan on finishing by the 31st. Ive had great results. I totally notice... and others as well.

I just would like to report that in weighing in today 1/23/12 (and actually getting on the scale 7 times, to double check and taking a picture) I am officially 198.5 (ONEDERLAND BABY)! Now the hard thing will be to stay there! Gotta keep pushing myself farther and farther away from that number! :-)
-
Day 19 was completed yesterday evening....couldnt post because i had a power outage in my neighborhood. No Shred for me on Saturday!
-
Day 18 will be mixed in with strength training at the gym and running on the treadmill tonight with my buddy...so you can count it as good as done! We only have 12 days left of this you guys...I feel the difference and see the difference...what about you?

I havent measured yet. Normally I measured every 10 days, this time I thought of waiting until the last day to measure...last time I did 30 day shred I only did it for 25 days and lost 14 inches...I was so amazed. I know for a fact I lost a lot of inches I can tell just by looking at myself...Great job on almost 10 inches,…

It always feels good to be desired! :-)

One of the reasons I usually dont weigh myself everyday is that is would drive me absolutely BONKERS:noway: ( I got on the scale this morning and I'm back down to 203, you see...I was 205 yesterday, give me a break)...Okay something has to give, by my next weigh in is on Tuesday, Jan 24th and that scale better be NICE or…
