  • I agree with this. The calories lost on MFP differ greatly from those on the cardio equipment at the gym! Its hard to know which is accirate but I figure any exercise is good for you so go with it! Also, for lunges / squats, push ups etc the word Callisthenics is in the cardio section and will give you a general calorie…
  • i think as long as you don't go below 18 or above smething like 24 then you are ok. i used to be below 18 and was classed as underweight....not so much of a problem these days! :( I am now at 21 but want to stay around that to remain healthy. :)
  • I have to say, I agree. I walk into my local supermarket and there are mutiple packs of chocolate bars on offer for £1..head to the fruit section and one punnet of strawberries is almost £3!   • thanks all. brilliant advice. I will try to target my exercise a little more - i.e. a bit more toning and weights. I think there is a key point made in that i tend to eat most of my calories in the evening. im not a fan of breakfast and am limited what i can eat for lunch as i work in an office so its normally a sandwich.…
