Trust me it is AWFUL! Especially getting 50% off and working at a wing place :( And thanks y'all! It is frustrating but I am trying to motivate myself and try to figure out a way to keep myself dedicated to get in the habit.

Wow! A LOT of replies! Thanks everyone by the way! Time isn't the issue, its finding a way to get my butt off the couch or mainly out of bed and to the gym. Also to the suggestions about a 24 hour gym, there isn't any near me. My gym is 5am until midnight. I am trying to motivate myself and mainly dragging a friend along…

I found a healthy snack that I can eat a lot of which is almonds for me. Or I will make a smoothie (peanut butter one and almond milk for me typically) and slowly drink that. That is what I have been doing recently and it has definitely helped curb the sitting in front of my TV eating cookie dough or snacking on more pizza…
