I do try to stay at my daily calorie intake but for me the weekly is what I go by. I'm not sure about two weeks though. Two weeks would probably make it to easy for me to screw up.

I struggle with depression and anxiety so motivation is not easy to come by. The mirror also didn't really have an effect on me. I would just get more depressed which made me eat more. Will power is still a struggle for me. Honestly it took me landing in the hospital the day after my 19th b-day to wake me up. I am over 100…

I just try to remember how far I've come. No matter how good the food may taste it doesn't compare to the feeling of pride I get when I look in the mirror.

Thanks everyone for positive messages and all of the inspirational pics. It was good to get all of this off my chest and make some new great MFP friends along the way. I now feel like I should get more active in the forums . Good luck to everyone on their journey. :D

Yeah not all of them went so it wasn't as bad. I still had an "episode" but not bad enough to ruin the night. I did eat a good amount of candy, but not so much as to derail my progress. Thanks for asking.
