Thank you for this! I've been eating 1450 calories and got stuck in a plateau at the same exact weight as last year. Decided to try this and my BMR is 1459 and I'm supposed to be eating 1700 a day.
Hoping I can break out of this now, thanks again for posting this!0 -

i don't understand ?
my TDEE is (after lessening) 1650
and my BMR is 1823 according to the site

I was not sure how to enter this into MFP, but I tried to redo my goal and just set it to Active, and the same numbers as the website suggested came up! I will give it a try. I do go to the gym 3-5 times a week and burn about 1000 kCal per workout, plus I usually work between 5-7000 steps per day on the other days. I hope this help, since I have been on a plateau for 2 months. Thank you!0
