108lbs in 7 months. I monitor my calories and focus on protein and nutritious food more than "fat bombs". I workout at least four days a week (CrossFit and lifting).

Had to use a leather punch to punch three new holes into my belt to make it hold my pants up. I used to not even be able to buckle it without some serious sucking in the belly.

Most recent I have. I'm now at around 92lbs lost. Doing net carbs and pretty strict keto with one cheat day a month if I was good. I've found that the key to Keto is to "chase" the protein not the fat. Get in your protein and you'll maintain muscle and the other macros will fall into place.

This is very true. I was experiencing and ignoring swelling in my legs and feet for months. Then I ended up in an ambulance. Turns out it was early warning signs to A-Fib and heart failure.
