Still have 100+ to go, but I just got my first hundred and consider that a huge success!201 -
I am half way, having lost about 50 lbs. I know how much I have to play mind games to keep on track. I'm blown away at the dedication of people such as yourself who have more to lose. Well done!10

Down 122lbs and counting. Without a doubt the best decision of my adult life was committing to being more healthy and MFP.150 -
Not quite at goal yet, but here's me in May 2013 (at my highest weight) versus me in October 2017 (now):
160lbs vs 132lbs. I still can't quite process that it's me in the right picture!!!
ETA: I have discovered through this experience that imgur has a public gallery, and that uploading a picture to it automatically posts it there for all to see --and comment. This was my first time posting a progress pic on the forum and I definitely wasn't expecting that level of vulgarity or nastiness when all I meant to do was share it on my friendly weight loss forum progress thread.95 -
EJBarner-whats to be nasty or vulger about, you have worked hard and look great, people should appreciate that!!

6.2 stone down and the happiest with my body I've ever been! Still a long way to go but I've achieved so much

The first picture is me at the end of March 2017. Seeing it made me realize how much weight I'd gained over the last few years, the bulk of which I put on after I quit smoking a year ago. For reference, I'm wearing size 16 jeans. Over the next few months, I completely changed my dietary habits and reintroduced myself to working out. The second picture is me on Saturday. I currently wear size 10 jeans and have 10 pounds to go to get to goal weight. And the third picture is my inspiration: me six years ago when I was belly dancing professionally. I'm not sure of my exact weight; might be my goal weight, might be a little less, but I know I wore size 8 jeans. I was dancing 5-10 25-minute shows each week, so I didn't have to worry about weight gain regardless of what I ate.
