Your after pic is my goal!!! If you don't mind me asking, how tall are you and how much do you weigh?
You're both beautiful keep up your hard work stay happy0 -
5' 4.75"
SW 310lbs (ish)
CW 155lbs (I'm lifting atm to lower my body fat %)
no idea what my measurements were. Too afraid to do it.
Start in 2012. I totally could have done this faster, but I decided it was more sustainable for me to lose for a bit, then eat at maintenance, lose a bit more, then maintain again.
And Thank you I appreciate it.
You have been patient while developing your new lifestyle. May I be so bold as to ask what your age was when you first started this journey and how did you keep yourself motivated?
I sent you a message check your inbox.1 -

I lost 35 lbs a couple years ago and then gained a lot of it back, and now I’m down 42 lbs since my highest weight because I didn’t give into the weight gain and I started my journey again. I have a before picture from my highest weight and the other progress picture is from may of this year when I started losing weight a second time!

The today = about 2 months ago I took them for progress pictures to share with coworkers.
I'm down about 34 pounds at the time.

Good one!! Lol ... it actually would be fitting to wear a bears sweatshirt because I “lost” weight, and the bears are losers too.

Thank you. I've been counting calories and exercising. I came across the 12 week NHS healthy eating plan which led me to a wonderful supportive group called health unlocked where you can do your weigh ins and encourage each other.5 -
