I have a friend who had lap band done. I don't believe she has dealt with her food issues. She would overeat and then go throw up. She is now very active and exercises alot, but I feel that this is a sort of bulimia for her.

I haven't lost much weight yet, but I thought it would be nice to connect with others that are my height. I am 5' tall and I have just re-started my weight loss journey. I started at 200.5, my biggest without being pregnant. I have lost 6 pounds so far. I am gluten free due to sensitivity issues.

If there is something there that is a real trigger food, I wouldn't eat it. Take the skin off the turkey and enjoy smaller portions of other things. You can do it.

Weighing everyday discourages me. I usually weigh once per week, twice at the most. There are just too many variables when you weigh each day.

So I noticed that I had posted on here in March of 2010. Obviously, I didn't succeed last year, but I am shooting for it again this year. I want to lose 42 pounds by my 42nd birthday the end of October. I also want to lose some weight by May. We are having family photos taken. Two goals to shoot for.

Look on the Champion site for sports bras. They have one that looks like a regular bra that has adjustable straps with velcro and a hook closure. That is the best I have found.

I am starting back up on no flour no sugar. It is amazing how things work when you do them. I am going to be keeping track of calories this time. When I did this way of eating before I didn't count calories.
