Amazing results - well done :)

^^^ This, because I can't do that, so I am totally in awe of those who can :)

I was on it for about a year, gained no weight I can attribute specifically to the depo, but I did gain a daughter!

I've given up swearing and weighing myself for lent, despite not being even a teensy bit religious. There was a third thing, but I've already forgotten what it was. I'm feeling very virtuous so I can't have broken the third one yet......I hope I remember soon!

We met at the end of March 1997, had our first date 1st April 1997, married 4th October 1997 (I was 22, he was 26 and we had known each other a little over 6 months). 3 children and 15 years later and we are still together and probably happier now than we have ever been.

I hated the bicycle crunches in L1 - no matter how hard I try, I do not have the co-ordination required for those. My favourite move is the plank jacks in L2 - love 'em love 'em love 'em. I'm just about to move to Level 2 of Ripped in 30 for the first time and I am lead to believe that there may be plank jacks there

Hard boiled egg, or a tsp of peanut butter (I REALLY have to restrict myself - I'd eat a whole jar and if I eat a tsp at a time I can have 2 or 3 over the day!), or maybe a protein shake if I'm feeling that way inclined :)

I'm on the last day of Level 1 today - will probably drag the children out for a walk this afternoon too, we normally go 4-6 miles - the more they moan and/or bicker, the further we walk :D

Pickled Baby beetroot (not sliced, can't stomach sliced beetroot, bizarrely!) - I once ate a 850g jar in a day - I can eat the stuff til the cows come home, and then eat some more. Consequently I only buy one 400g jar every couple of months and it's always eaten within 48 hours of purchase!

You look fantastic :)

Definitely - when I was thinner before, I still only really wore jeans and t shirts, albeit more fitted ones! Now, I'm erring very much towards the fifties and I have several dresses next size down just waiting for me, and I'm thinking cute blouses and capri pants for the summer. I don't know if it's the change in my size,…

Mine is my name, my last initial and the year I was born... ...my imagination knows no bounds ;)

I too have 11lbs to go to 'overweight' - and I can't wait to get there! I have both long term and short term goals, most of them in my head! This 'overweight' one is the one I am aiming for now, and my long term goal is currently 11st/154lbs. After that, my goals will be size-wise instead of scale-wise.

I much prefer the first - I'm not sure the second is suitable for the opera :)

I'm a smidge short of 5'6" and I'm currently aiming for 154lbs (11st) - at that weight I am generally a UK size 12. I *may* decide to go for 140lbs, but I'm going to hit 154 first. Anyway, once I get to 154, it will be more about how I look and less about what the scales tell me =)

30DS L3D4 so far today - maybe more later if I can shift the headache, which was made much worse by doing the 30DS :(

There is no right or wrong answer as to whether finances should be separate or joined - it depends on what works for the couple. No relationship is better or worse than another simply because of the way their finances are arranged, and it's a bit daft to think otherwise. As long as both partners agree on the way things are…

April 2011 I weighed 245lbs. :( February 2012 I weigh around 192 and I'm feeling so much healthier. Still a way to go though :) ETA I'm 5'5"

The first time I did 30DS I did it with some walking later in the day. I was around 225lbs and I lost loads of inches. This time round (fourth time of doing 30DS since last May) I am doing it 6 days a week and I am also doing C25K m/w/f - I find it isn't enough on the cardio and I need more than it has. That said, I…

I finish 30DS (again!) in 8 days, so I shall be doing ripped in 30 in 9 or 10 days.
-
I'm a sahm to 3 too, but mine are a bit older than yours. I find this somedays, I just feel so tired I could sit and not get up for an hour, but there is no time for that! Until very recently my diet was quite high in carbs, albeit good wholegrain carbs, so I have cut those down a bit this week and upped my protein and…

^^ This and I'm in Lincolnshire. Although now I have said that...
-
1. I started C25K - I've been thinking about doing it for months and today I decided that thinking about it wasn't enough! 2. I finished L2 of the 30DS today - I HATE L2, but I love L3 so I am so pleased to be back on L3 tomorrow! 3. My eldest daughters' (13) reaction to her vaccination on Friday is nothing too serious and…

I do 30DS 6 days a week (soon to be ripped in 30 or killer buns and thighs - not decided yet!) and I've just added C25K in on m/w/f - no access to a gym unfortunately :-(
-
^^^ This! Today was day 20 of the 30DS, I may also add 6W6P into the mix and get this when I've done all of them!
-
M/T/W/T/F/S: 30DS (Day 20 today!) M/W/F: C25K No access to a gym, but I do have access to miles and miles of beautiful Lincolnshire countryside! Looking forwards to changing 30DS for Ripped in 30 or Killer Buns and Thighs and I'm aiming to get to 10K with the running :-)
