Only ran 4.8 miles, but I have NEVER ran that long in my life.

    Congrats! That is fabulous! I have a 60 minute run coming up next Saturday and I'm a little nervous about it.

    That is so awesome!!! I just started training for a 5 k. My longest time has been 5.5 minutes!! Can't imagine 60 right now!!!

    I couldn't agree more with this statement!! It is all in your head for sure... I have started running and I recently ran for 31 minutes no stopping.. that was a major accomplishment for me, I can't wait to be able to go for 60 minutes!! I actually could have kept going, but only had a short time to workout that day.

    I truly believe there is such a thing as a 'runner's high' ... I feel absolutely amazing after a run.

    Way to go ... awesome accomplishment!!

    good job! I can't even run for 3 minutes without losing my breath :( I can walk for 5 hours, but I can't run 3 minutes lol
