I usually send them when someone has an outstanding physique. And they're female :) But mostly just to compliment them on great work accomplished.

And go to bed a little earlier. I do this to stay away from latenight snacking...plus, the extra hour of sleep is a health benefit as well!

I fixed it with a quick cheat...I wore a "jumper's knee" band below the knee. Stabilized my knee until my legs adjusted to running longer distances. Give it a try at least.

Mine is usually worse at night. Not that I'm always successful, but I try to just head to bed early. A little extra sleep is always a good thing :)
