It sounds like your puppy isn't getting enough play time/mental stimulation. Dogs LOVE to learn new things! I don't know if you have the time/energy for this, but what about trying something really strenuous like agility training? I read on here once: eat better to look good in clothes, excercise to look good naked. Or something to that effect. Instead of reducing calories, try toning what you have, maybe with something like yoga or one of Jillian Michael's DVDs....either should help you tone up and reduce the jiggle. I think I'm about to make crockpot BBQ chicken for dinner tonight....I love BBQ more than anything (besides cookies, maybe) and haven't had any in fooooorever. I've got some poblano peppers from my garden this summer, and I might throw in some jalepenos too.

Smoked turkey, mashed potatoes, and a roll. I'm not a fan of most holiday foods, they're too heavy and make me go into a food coma if I eat too much. Probably some wine too... Will be with the in-laws, so definitely wine :drinker:

I'm NOT a doc, but it sounds like you have an ear infection. If you have a heating pack, warm it up and put in on your hurting ear. That should help the pain/ringing til tomorrow, and you won't have to pay out the ear for the acute care place on a Sunday. Hope you feel better soon!

I plan on pre-entering my food as much as possible, so that I already know what I can (and can't!) have at the many lunches, dinners, and parties we always go to. Luckily everyone normally serves the same things every year, so I should know what's lurking :)

I graduated w/ a BS is Marketing in 2007....I have never had a marketing job. What exactly do you want to do in marketing? If you want to design product packaging, etc I would suggest that you go more for a design degree.

Can you go for a quick walk before hubby gets home? I've found that if I work out in the evenings, it's a lot easier to have a small dinner. Also try planning your meals out a couple of days in advance, that way you'll know what you can/can't eat during the day.

It will slow you down, but you should continue to lose. Try to make better decisions on the weekends: instead of having a plate of hot wings while watching football, eat something healthy before you go and then have 1-2 wings.
