Should I be eating less on weekends as I love my resting weekends?
I usually exercise 6 days a week with sunday off (where I will go for a light walk) and my calories are 1430, (I work in a fast food restaurant mon-fri) so should I eat less than 1430 on weekends?

Are you eating your excercise calories back during the week? (You should be )
Unless you're literally laying on the couch from Friday evening until Monday morning, you should be ok staying within your 1430 cals I would think. If you notice that your weight loss is slowing down, try decreasing your weekend cal 1330 cals/day for a month or so.0 -
you still have a deficit eating 1430 WITHOUT exercise so I say don't decrease it.0

I say, don't decrease, and, do some stretching / walking on your rest days. Turbo fire's Stretch 40 session is good.0

Think you are worrying for no reason to be honest
Enjoy your day off.
You are moving 6 days a week. Going a few hundred over on Sunday isn't going to set you back.0
