Mini-YAY moment

So, I started/finished the C25K in the spring, and ran 2 5K's in late Spring/early summer.

Then summer hit and I was busy being maid-of-honor in a wedding...CRAZY, haha. So...no real dieting or working out for about 2.5 months. The other month I have no excuse for... >.>

I started back on this journey the week before school started up (so, last week of August), as that's when the awesome/huge campus Rec center opened back up for students.

Since then, I've lost about 12 pounds.

However, I hadn't measured since...well, January when I started the C25K program. I just found my workout journal from this spring while I was cleaning..

I remeasured... down -10.25 inches!

I know this isn't much, but to see that and know that I barely did much between end of spring and a month ago...it's like a "Whoa. if I can lose inches then...what happens when I'm giving it my all?!"

So, I can't wait to measure again a month from now! Doing the 30DS starting tomorrow.
