Thank you! Right now I am looking forward to running a whole mile without stopping, which will be a huge accomplishment for me. I just did not know how to start training for a marathon and an average time it takes to get ready. I know everyone is different but I was just hoping for some general idea!

What healthy stuff does everyone eat to eat back your calories? I struggle to eat enough in a day anyway, so when I have to eat back my calories, I really struggle. I do not want to load up on junk just to get in calories.

Just finish out the day the best you can, and try again tomorrow!!!! I do not think one bad chouce defines who you are, I think repetitve bad choices is what defines us. So wake up tomorrow, make better choices and move on!
