seems ankle weight is not a good idea. will that be good if I add some weight into my backpack say 10 pounds? I use to do stair climb before I lost weight. I stopped after I realize it doesn't burn too much calories :) . But I think it can help me build my muscles, so I picked it up again.

I'm actually in US, but I grew up in China. So we cook Chinese food at home.

I eat about 1200-1500 calorie each day as the mfp advice. I didn't count the burnned calorie by excerise. seems I need eat more when excerise.
