hello..i run!!! right now im reaining for a marathon on April 24th..but id encourage you and anyone else to go out and do it! Running isnt easy at first, but over time it does it easier..if i can help along the way, let me know. ill be around to push ya when you need it :)

thats doesnt sound "so healthy" but you are under the cal goal, which is a good thing.... i dont think "healthy eating" happens over night, or even two nights :)......so maybe over the next month or so you can make some different choices. You may continue to lose weight, but without makeing better choices i think most…
