Hi all, I'm new here. I've been on the site for about 2 weeks now and have been loving the information and everything. My plan for losing weight and getting fit include (finally) paying attention to what I eat and how much, and the original Power 90 workout plan, plus tennis and cycling when I can.

I work overnights, with one really long day, two just normal long days, and four days off. This makes it tough to get into a routine, and I find my days off are terrible for getting myself to work out. That's pure willpower though, and I'm working on it.

Anyway, I'm a lurker by nature, but I thought it would be good to say hi at least once!
