This is perfect! My goal is to lose 30 pounds by May 31st. I have already lost 55 pounds. The last couple of months I have been gaining and losing the same 7 pounds. I think this challenge will help me stay focused! Thanks for suggesting the challenge Cordy_in_CT!

I've been using flatouts for my pizza crust forever! It is so good and saves big time on your calories. I normally put just the flatout in the oven for about 5 minutes, then flip it over and add my toppings. The crust is crispier this way. I love using these for quesadillas and wraps too.

You don't need a gym membership to get fit. You need to find an exercise you will stick with. Your local Library should have workout dvd's for loan. They are normally free. Also, check you local Goodwill. They normally have workout dvd's and fitness equipment used for super cheap. Maybe sign up for a fitness class at your…

I agree! Atkins taste great and are low in calorie, sugar and carbs. You can find a 4 pack at Target for about $5.50. I have been drinking one for breakfast. They keep me full until lunch time. Yogurt and presliced fruit or veggies are a great option too.

I used to take one a day for women. They started making me feel nauseous. My Doctor told me to take flintstones....lol. I have been taking them for a couple of months and I feel fine now.
