    last week did 3500 for the 1st time in probably a LONG time

    I failed to meet my calories this week. Skipped two workouts that I normally did but I'm still happy with it.

    Weekly Goal: 3500

    I wear my Polar during all exercise so if my totals are off to you, you likely don't have the same body as me;)

    Mon: 1055 burned - jogging in place, dancing, walking, some heavy cleaning, aerobics and decided to play some Just Dance with the kids tonight. I have never done this much!

    Tues: 562 burned - jogging in place,Wii free step while watching TV, Just Dance and Exerbeat for Wii

    Wed: 922 burned - Exerbeat Latin for Wii, jogging, walking, dancing and playing Just Dance 2 in the evening

    Thurs: 455 burned - Billy Tae Bo circuit and dancing

    Friday: 902 burned - brisk walking, dancing, jogging in place

    Sat: burned - 238 Just Dance with the kids, 40 minutes

    Sun: burned - 398 a brisk walk and Just Dance with the kids

    Total:4532
    Left: 1032 OVER GOAL!!:)

    Wow, thanks for the challenge, I really enjoyed pushing myself even on the days I would normally rest
