lol me too! I weigh myself less now but I still weigh in the mornings to see where I'm at and in the evenings so I can rest easy knowing I didn't gain 50lbs during the day. :)

I'm going to say no. I have been clean since July 20th of 2000 and I am able to change myself. Congrats on getting clean brother!

If you are happy with the results keep doing what you are doing until it doesn't work, then make a change. Just my 2 cents :)

I made the decision to eat as little red meat as possible a few weeks ago. Only because when I would try to work out the next day i felt heavier and sluggish. Since I gave up eating so much sweets I have noticed my taste buds have become "sensitive" to anything sweet. So the Greek yogurt with fruit on the bottom is just perfect for me now. Before I cut out all the sweets though I thought it to be sour and unappealing for a yogurt. lol I don't even try to eat the regular yogurts…
